Susan joined Capella Edina with the goal of bringing together her experience in both music and project management, now working as our Orchestra Manager and PA to the Chairman.

After serving ten years as a musician with the Royal Marines Band Service, where she performed worldwide as a clarinettist and violinist, Susan transitioned into a career as a project engineer and now works for a company based in Fife.

Her background combines discipline, organisation, and a lifelong passion for music – qualities she now applies to supporting the orchestra’s artistic and administrative work.
